How long do orders take to ship?

We ship most orders the same day if ordered before 3 p.m. PST; all orders ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) unless you are notified of a problem with the order. We ship via UPS; this can take up to 7 business days to reach international customers, depending on local customs. Domestic orders will depend on your location and choice of shipping method.

How can I confirm my order and its shipping status?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from UPS QuantumShip which will include your tracking number for all domestic orders. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order, please call us at 1-714-637-2828.
